Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by Vellora House, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, customized, or final-sale items cannot be returned.
